’72 FORD XAFALCON COUPE
Tim called into the shop expressing interest in building up his XA coupe with late model running gear. After getting the coupe stripped and media blasted, it revealed a host of previous substandard body repairs. Extensive sheet metal work has been carried out to restore the body.
Currently under construction, some of the coupes new body features include, shaved door handles, modified drip rails and removal of the original fuel cap. Drive train consists of a 5.4L Modular V8 engine, Tremec 5 speed gearbox and a 4 link, coil over mounted Ford 9” diff. An RRS macpherson strut front suspension assembly and power steering rack have been fitted.
